Return

We hope that you will be delighted with your order.  However, we promise to refund any item that you are not completely satisfied provided it is in saleable condition which is unused and undamaged.  All goods returned by post should be within 7 days of receipt for Hong Kong, China and Macau orders.  For international orders, should be within 14 days of receipt.  We reserve the right to consider the condition of the goods when making a refund. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:

• All items purchased on sale / promotion code.
• All bags, caps and accessories.

We charge HKD$20 handling fee for every return item. This fee will be deducted from your refund once we process your refund amount.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please fill in our return label with your order number, product name and item number. Please attach the return label to the parcel and post it to us.

Please note all customers are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges.

Please remember to ask your courier for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we have received your parcel, your refund will be processed within 30 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges now. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then place a new order.
